What to bring

Less than you think - locker rooms with showers are on site, so you can practice and get on with your day.

Water & a towel

Hot classes are heated and humidified - hydrate before, during, and after. Towels and mats are available if you forget yours.

A change of clothes

Our locker rooms have showers, so you can rinse off after a hot class and head straight to work, dinner, or wherever the day takes you.

An open mind

Every posture has a variation for every body. Rest whenever you need - child's pose is always available.

Questions, answered

First time? Read this.

I've never done yoga. Can I really start with hot yoga?

Yes - beginners walk through our doors every week. Every posture has a variation for every body, and resting in child's pose is always welcome. If you'd rather ease in, start with a class in our calm studio (Yin, Restorative, or Meditation) and work up to the heat. Arrive 15 minutes early and your teacher will get you set up.

How hot is the hot room?

Our heated classes follow the classic hot yoga tradition - warm and humidified, in the range hot studios typically run (roughly 95-105掳F). The heat helps muscles open safely and deepens the detoxifying sweat. Hydrate before class, and rest any time you need.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend it - classes have limited spots and booking takes under a minute on our schedule page or in the WFYC app. Walk-ins are welcome whenever there's space on the mat.

What should I bring?

Water and a change of clothes - that's about it. Mats and towels are available at the studio, and our locker rooms with showers mean you can rinse off after a sweaty class and head straight to work or dinner.

I'm not flexible. Is that a problem?

Flexibility is the result of yoga, not the requirement. You'll be met exactly where you are - that's the whole idea of the Collective. Tight hamstrings are the best reason to come, not a reason to stay away.

What's the new student intro offer?

$50 for two weeks of unlimited classes - every style, both studios, locker rooms and showers included, with no auto-renewal. It's the best way to try everything and find the practice that fits.

"What we need today might be different from what we need tomorrow. The Collective holds space for both."
