We believe yoga is a tapestry, woven from different traditions, varying intensities, and, most importantly, diverse people. We are not a one-size-fits-all studio.
We are a sangha, a gathering of wise friends, dedicated teachers, and curious students who recognize that what we need today might be different from what we need tomorrow.
WFYC is a safe haven where we meet you exactly where you are, with no expectations, in a positive and supportive environment.
Two spacious studios, one hot and one calm, plus locker rooms with showers and a lobby made for lingering. Most hot yoga studios don't have both spaces. We built both, because community needs room.
Designed for deeper restoration - contrast therapy to complement your practice. Stay tuned.
Suite 116 - look for the tree of life on the door. Plenty of free parking right out front.
